PROCESS

Please include the following:

– Date and time of your wedding

– Location of wedding (or where you will be getting ready)

– Size of bridal party requiring makeup / hair services for trials and on the day

Please state and leave a contact number if you would prefer a member of our team to give you a call to discuss you specific requirements. We will then send you over the portfolios of the makeup artists / hair stylists available for your wedding date and advise you on the number of team members you will require

Although all member’s of the pro team are highly skilled and boast industry leading experience and qualifications – each artist has their own strengths and specialities, meaning you can chose who you feel is most suitable to your makeup and hair preference.

We can tailor complete wedding prep packages for get you and your party ready for your big day, including services such as nails, waxing, tanning, brows…

Once you have selected your preferred artist / stylist, we will then arrange a makeup and hair bridal trial. Once we have your trial booked, we will give you the contact details of your makeup artist / hair stylist so any specific questions you may have before your trial, or images you want to send over you can contact them directly.

Trial’s usually take place in our salon, located in Southborough Kent however we can also come to you for this however we do charge additionally for this. Trial’s for large bridal parties (+4 members) are held privately in the salon, and include a luxury grazing platter and unlimited prosecco. We would recommend before your trial to have a look on sites such as ‘Pinterest’ to find inspiration for looks/styles you would like to explore. In the trial you will have a full in-depth consultation with your artist/stylist which will cover aspects such as your usual makeup/hair routine, desired looks, colours and tones that you may want to try.

Arrival times and any preparations you may need to make beforehand (such as when to wash your hair) will be discussed and agreed. We will also provide you with the names and shades of any key products used.

On the day of the wedding, the artist/stylist/team will arrive at the agreed time and location of where you and your bridal party will be getting ready.

If you are happy with the artists/stylist available and would like to book, a deposit is required to secure your trial/wedding date. Please note we receive a high volume of bridal requests, until a deposit is paid the artist/stylist will not be secured it is ultimately done one a first come first served basis.

• £50 deposit to secure wedding and trial date (to be taken off final amount)
• The payment for the trial will be paid at the end of the appointment
• The remaining 50% of full payment to be paid by bank transfer 7 days before the wedding date
