Appointments cancelled 48 hours prior will be charged at 50% of the treatment price

‘No show’ or appointments cancelled on the day, will be charged at 100% of the treatment price

This is regardless of the reasons of the cancellation or no show. We understand that unfortunate and unpredictable situations can occur at the last minute, however as a business this is not our fault, and we cannot be held responsible for such situations
