Appointments cancelled 48 hours prior will be charged at 50% of the treatment price ‘No show’ or appointments cancelled on the day, will be charged at 100% of the treatment price This is regardless of the reasons (including COVID) of the cancellation or no show. We understand that unfortunate and unpredictable situations can occur at the last minute, however as a business this is not our fault, and we cannot be held responsible for such situations.  Please bare this in mind when booking your appointment .

If you intend on bringing anyone with you to your appointment please contact us beforehand (including children) to ensure we have enough space in the salon to accommodate. Please note due to insurance purposes, children may not be able to be present for some services. If you have not confirmed with us beforehand, we may not be able to accommodate and you may be turned away. The full balance for the appointment will be owed.
